North Korean rocket's risk zones for the Philippines
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council released on April 4 an advisory for Filipinos, particularly residents of Northern Luzon, to stay indoors between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m., Manila time, on the days of April 12 to 16 – the window of time when North Korea is expected to test a long-range rocket in the direction of the Philippines.
